Trick or Treat.....

The short lived, slightly cooler weather has made it feel like fall is in the air. With that being said, these are a few Halloween shirts that I have done.

I was having a few problems posting these pictures yesterday.... for some reason they were disappearing. I'm sure it was me:-) This is the rest of them.

New for Fall...

Hallelujah!! I am done! A few minor details and that is it. Busy is not the word for what I have been over the past few weeks.This is some of what I have made for a new children's consignment/boutique called Peppy & Posh located in Clinton. It will open its doors the first week of September. I have had many sleepless nights..... only because my mind goes 90 to nothing thinking of different ideas. I'm exhausted, but it has been fun.

Big Day!

My oldest baby started first grade today:-( He said he really likes his teachers and he thought it was going to be a fun year. Isn't it great how kids adapt so well to different situations. I was more anxious than he was. I'm so proud of him. Cooper has another week before he starts, so he is soaking up the time with just Hudson and I before he starts. He started asking what time Parker was going to be home at about 9:00 this morning. For them to fight as much as they do, they sure do miss each other when they are apart.We have reached another mile stone.....Big school! They grow up too...too...fast.

And Finally....

This is my new sew/guest room. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. There was a lot of hard work put into this room. It is a perfect place for me to hide out (or attemp to) and get things done. Our sun room was getting a little cramped and anytime we had company I would have to move everything elsewhere. Now I can leave it out and I seem to be a bit more organized. I have LOTS of new things to post so as I finish and find time, I will.

Next....

O.K. One day I'm sure they will kill me! but.... This is what happens when a 4 and 6 year old think they can blow dry their own hair. Cooper was not too happy, because I told him he was going to church that way:-) If you know him.... He has a thing about his hair! He loves it to be "spiked" and just right. Parker was pretty impressed with his do. They crack me up!

Where do I start?...

I guess I'll start with this, only because it is a rare event. The two older boys in the same room doing something besides fighting. This was music to my ears... reading a book and not screaming or tattling!
